Worldtrans successfully organized the annual shareholders meeting 2019

At 14:00 on May 11, 2018 at the meeting room Ball Room-5-star hotel SwissBelResort, Tuyen Lam Lake area, Da Lat.WorldTrans successfully held the 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The meeting was attended by hundreds of shareholders of the company, under the control of Chairman of the Board Mr. Vu Duc Bien.

The contents submitted to the meeting for approval:

• Proposal on amending a number of contents of the company's charter of organization and operation Proposal for the approval of the 2018 financial statement that was audited; Statement of business results in 2018 and profit distribution in 2018; PPLN plan 2019.
• Statement of remuneration for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board in 2018; Proposal for selection of auditor for financial statements in 2019 Proposal on Dividend payment plan for 2018. Dividend payment plan in 2019.
• Proposal on loan to supplement working capital of 50 billion Vietinbank.

With a high unanimous vote rate for the program's contents, the General Meeting of Shareholders of WorldTrans Joint Stock Company took place successfully. Inspite of challenges in implementing business goals, the board is confident to complete the plan approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
