Your itinerary

Arosa - St. Moritz - Andermatt - Zermatt (or in reverse)

Day 1

Individual journey by car to Arosa.

Enjoy the fresh mountain air in the resort of Arosa at 1,775 m above sea level. Overnight stay at the 5-star Swiss Deluxe Hotel Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa.

Highlights: Arosa Bärenland, hiking network of over 200 km.

Day 2

Arosa - Chur - Lenzerheide - Davos - Flüela - Albula - Julier Pass - St. Moritz / approx. 250 km

A stop for a stroll through typical villages such as Zuoz or Bever is a must on this excursion. Overnight stay in one of the 5-star Swiss Deluxe Hotels in St. Moritz. Choices are: Badrutt's Palace Hotel, Kulm Hotel, Suvretta House.

Day 3

St. Moritz - Julier - San Bernardino - Lukmanier Pass - Oberalp Pass - Andermatt / approx. 300 km

This route takes you past the Viamala Gorge into the Mediterranean Ticino and on over the Lukmanier and Oberalp Passes into the source region of the Rhine, Reuss and Rhone at the Gotthard. Overnight stay in the 5-star Swiss Deluxe Hotel "The Chedi Andermatt".

Day 4

Andermatt - Susten - Grimsel - Furka - Gotthard - Nufenenpass - Täsch/Zermatt / approx. 250 km

On this route you overcome 8'000 metres in altitude and are rewarded with unique views of imposing glaciers, deep gorges and romantic villages. Overnight stay in one of the 5-star Swiss Deluxe Hotels in Zermatt. The choices are: Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, Mont Cervin Palace, Riffelalp Resort.

Day 5

Zermatt

Take the Gornergrat cable car up to the 3,089m Gornergrat and enjoy stunning views of the Matterhorn and glaciers or take the aerial cable car to the Klein Matterhorn viewpoint at 3,883m. Overnight in one of the 5-star Swiss Deluxe Hotels in Zermatt. Choices are: Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, Mont Cervin Palace, Riffelalp Resort.

Zermatt - extension or journey home
